Hace tan solo un a\u00f1o, ni en la peor pesadilla hubi\u00e9semos imaginado lo que pod\u00eda llegar a pasar. Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo han vivido la pandemia por COVID-19 las mujeres migrantes? \u00bfC\u00f3mo han vivido el confinamiento? \u00bfCu\u00e1les han sido sus preocupaciones, sus temores? y \u00bfqu\u00e9 han ganado con todo lo vivido?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como dicen ellas al inicio del v\u00eddeo, <em>\u201c2020 empez\u00f3 como un a\u00f1o m<\/em>\u00e1s&#8221; resultando un a\u00f1o que ha puesto en evidencia que somos vulnerables pero tambi\u00e9n nos ha permitido reconocer nuestras fortalezas y darnos cuenta de lo que realmente importa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este v\u00eddeo queremos mostrar las vivencias que han tenido las mujeres migrantes durante el confinamiento, darles voz y mostrar la importancia del autocuidado para estar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ver el v\u00eddeo pincha<a href=\"https:\/\/amo.org.es\/saludmujerinmigrante\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/amo.org.es\/saludmujerinmigrante\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">AQU\u00cd<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/amo.org.es\/saludmujerinmigrante\/videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mujeres migrantes, autocuidado y g\u00e9nero 2020 ser\u00e1 recordado como el a\u00f1o del coronavirus y de la incertidumbre.
